Refund offer valid for any purchase of a new Modulo tunnel in exchange for an old, broken and/or unusable Modulo tunnel returned* between 01/15/2023 and 06/15/2023 , among the following products:

• Modulo 40 Tunnel (or previous name forcing tunnel punched with the MVI mark)**

• Modulo 60 Tunnel (or previous name cultivation tunnel stamped with the MVI mark)**

5 euros including tax refunded on proof of a return validated by the partner store*** and a purchase during the "Modulo 20th Anniversary" operation

Recovery conditions*:

The tunnel must have the MVI mark (** see photo in the general conditions). It must be unusable (we will not accept tunnels in pieces). The tunnel must be cleaned and returned to a partner store of the operation (the seller can refuse to collect a tunnel that is too dirty). It is possible to return Modulo 35 bells, Modulo 35 extensions as well as stakes and end caps which will also be recycled but will not give rise to a refund. You will be able to benefit from a refund of 5 euros including tax per tunnel returned for the purchase of a new M40 or M60 tunnel purchased (or ordered in case of unavailability) in the same store. The offer is not limited in quantity of returns and number of refund requests per household.
(1 tunnel returned + 1 new tunnel purchased = a refund of 5 euros)

To get your refund, please follow these steps:

1st condition: Purchase one (or more) M40 or M60 tunnel(s) in your partner store for the “Modulo 20th Anniversary” operation and keep proof of purchase, valid between 01/15/23 and 06/15/23.

2nd condition:

Fill out the "Modulo 20th Anniversary" coupon available near the M40 or M60 tunnels. Return it with your old tunnel(s) to the same store as your purchase and have your coupon stamped as proof of return, valid
between 01/15/23 and 06/15/23 (without a tunnel return from you, the coupon cannot be stamped by the store and considered null and void and therefore cannot claim the refund offer).

Step 1:

Complete the form available online (below) or printable from your partner store.

Step 2:

Send the following supporting documents in the online form (Copies/photos in format: pdf / png / jpeg) or photocopies by post before 06/30/2023:

• The participation form for the "Modulo 20th Anniversary" operation, duly completed and stamped with the store's stamp.

• A photocopy of the receipt/invoice/order dated between 01/15/2023 and 06/15/2023 inclusive, circling the sign, the date and the tunnel(s) purchased.

• Your bank details (if you want a refund by bank transfer)
